特殊旅客服务对象：提前预约及未预约的西宁进出港残疾人、病人、孕妇、老人和无成人陪伴儿童，以及经航空公司同意承运的特殊旅客。

相应服务内容：

负责为特殊旅客提供机场问询服务、办理乘机手续、行李托运手续、特殊引导服务、登机服务、接机服务、航班不正常的服务工作。联系电话0971-****8114。

无人陪伴儿童（UM）

Unaccompanied Minors

年龄限制：年满5周岁但不满12周岁的儿童。

Passengers who is travellingalone between age 5 to 12 are considered as unaccompanied minors

接受与运输条件：

必须在订票时向所搭乘的航空公司提出《无人陪伴儿童申请》，经航空公司同意后方可运输。

Carriage of unaccompaniedminors must be scheduled in advance during seat booking with the AirlinesTicketing Department at the originating location, and their seats must beconfirmed according to the relevant carriage provisions of our company.

无人陪伴儿童所乘航班必须是直飞或经停航班,中转航班原则上不接受无人陪伴儿童。

The Airlines only acceptsunaccompanied minors on flights without an aircraft change.

无人陪伴儿童应由父母或监护人送到出发机场，并在目的机场安排接送人员，并提供接送人员的姓名、地址和电话号码。

Parents and guardians should send the unaccompaniedminor to the airport, arrange a person to pick up their child at thedestination and provide the name, address and contact number of the receiver toour staff.

在始发机场无人陪伴儿童的父母或监护人，在航班起飞后方可离开机场。

At the departing airportparents or guardian of the unaccompanied only can leave the airport afterthe flight departure.

孕妇旅客

Pregnant women

孕妇的运输条件：

（1）怀孕不足8个月（32周）的孕妇乘机，除医生诊断不适应乘机者外，按一般旅客运输。

The woman who pregnant lessthan 32 weeks (included) can be transported as a common passenger except herdoctor advises that she can not travel by air.

（2）怀孕超过8个月（32周）但不足36周的孕妇乘机，应办理乘机医疗许可。

The woman who pregnant morethan 32 weeks but less than 36 weeks only can transport with a hospital provide.

（3）怀孕36周（含）以上者不予承运：

Pregnant more than 36 weeks cannot transport by air.

病残旅客

Sick and Disabled

病残旅客一般可分以下几种：身体患病、精神病患者、肢体伤残、失明旅客、担架旅客、轮椅旅客、需使用机上氧气设备的旅客。

Passengers with disabilitiescan be classified into the following categories:

* suffering from physical disease(s)

* suffering from psychiatric problems

* suffering from injuries or disabilities

* the blind

* confined to a stretcher

* confined to a wheelchair

病残旅客的接受条件：目前，航空公司除非特别获得公司批准外，不承运需要持续输血、输氧、输液以维持生命或垂危的病人。

Acceptance Conditions: Currently,unless approved by Airlines, we do not offer transportation services topassengers who require continuous blood transfusion, oxygen supply, or fluidtransfusion to sustain their lives, or to passengers who are critically ill.

诊断书：

病残旅客要求乘机，须有医生认可，同时交验“诊断书”：“诊断书”需由县、市级或相当于这一级的医疗单位填写旅客的病情及诊断结果，并经医生签字、注明患者适合乘机，医疗单位盖章。如需使用机上氧气瓶，还需注明旅客所需氧气的流量，经航空公司同意后方可运输。

The medical certificate orcertificate of diagnosis shall be made in three copies: The medical certificateor certificate of diagnosis shall be filled out with the passengersillness/condition and the diagnosis result by county and municipal medicalunit, or medical unit of the same level and signed by physician and affixedwith the medical units seal.

The medical certificate or certificate ofdiagnosis shall include the necessary conditions to prevent certain diseases orcontagious diseases from spreading. Furthermore, they are only valid if issuedwithin 96 hours before departure. Regarding passengers with severe diseases,the medical certificate or certificate of diagnosis shall be issued within 48hours before departure

B、“诊断书”在航班起飞前72小时以内填开的方为有效，病情严重的旅客，则应具备有航班起飞前48小时之内填开的“诊断书”。

After the applications forseats and special requirements of the sick and disabled passengers have beenfully processed, they must purchase a ticket between 48–72 hours before thedeparture; if they cannot receive confirmation of carriage acceptance 48 hoursprior to departure, they can purchase tickets within the agreed time.

特殊(病残)旅客乘机申请书：

病残旅客需填写“特殊(病残)旅客乘机申请书”一式三份，以表明如果旅客在旅途中病情加重、死亡或给其他人造成伤害时，由申请人承担全部责任。

When planning to fly withChina Southern Airlines, sick and disabled passengers shall fill out threecopies of the "Special (sick and disabled) Passenger Application" toindicate that the applicants will take full responsibility should their healthconditions worsen, or if they pass away or cause injury to other passengers.

B、“特殊(病残)旅客乘机申请书”应由旅客本人签字，如本人书写困难，也可以由其家属或监护人代签。

"The"Special (sick and disabled) Passenger Application" shall be signedin person by the applicable passenger. If the passenger is unable to sign, theapplication can be signed by a family member or legal guardian on their behalf

老人

Older passage

接收条件：年满70岁（含70岁）的旅客。

Passengers travelling alone olderthan 70。

身体状况良好者可按正常旅客接收。

Elder passage withouthealthy problem can receive as the normal passenger.

身体状况不佳者，需出示“诊断证明书”：“诊断证明书”由县、市级或以上级别的医疗单位填写旅客的病情及诊断结果，并经医生签字、注明老人适合乘机，医疗单位盖章。

The elder shall be filledout with the passengers illness/condition and the elder unit, or medical unitof the same level and signed by physician and affixed with the medical unitsseal.

“诊断书”在航班起飞前72小时以内填开的方为有效，病情严重的旅客，则应具备有航班起飞前48小时之内填开的“诊断书”。
